“We had bats in the attic. Woodland came out same day, identified the species (big brown bats), explained that they’re under maternity protection until August — and gave us an honest timeline. They didn’t try to rush us into a bad solution. When August came they did the eviction, sealed every gap, and the paperwork was clear and fair. Five stars, easy.”

“Called three companies for a raccoon in our chimney. Two wanted to set a trap on the roof and charge by the day.
